The VIX and SPX index options have Global Trading hours. You can trade SPX and VIX on Fidelity only during CBOE C1 options core trading hours. But those 2 underlying indices are available for trading from 8:15pm until 9:15am as well but many brokers such as Fidelity don't support Global Trading Hours for option indices.
